- To keep you advised of legislative activities, judicial decisions or market changes that might have a significant impact on your insurance coverages and needs.
- To strive to always place your coverage with top-rated carriers with excellent track records for prompt and efficient claims service.
- To always answer the phone with a live person and not a machine.
- To assign a licensed, knowledgeable and trained insurance specialist to handle your account.
- To embrace new technology, with you as our focus, to find ways to better communicate, inform and serve your needs.
In return for this commitment, we would ask the following of you:
- An understanding that this type of commitment on our part comes with a cost, and that while we will always strive to be competitive, we may not always have the very lowest price in every situation.
- A willingness to refer us to your friends and associates who might appreciate the quality of service we provide.
- The trust to allow us to do a through analysis of ALL your insurance needs and policies as part of our regular exposure review program.
